Admissions
Proctor System
A separate cell has been developed to monitor the progress of students on all aspects, especially academics, and to assist them in the right path if they need it, on a one-on-one approach, under the supervision of the principal.

An instructor will be assigned to a group of twenty students, who will act as proctor, mentor, councillor, and guide for that group of students until they complete the course. The proctor will come from the same department that the student has applied to. As soon as a student is admitted to the institution, his or her attendance, test scores, university examination results, as well as his or her behaviour and attitude in the classroom and with friends and associations, are all thoroughly monitored.

A student will be advised if the proctor believes he or she requires assistance with any of the above difficulties.

Every month, each student's academic progress is sent to their parents through SMS. Parents are invited to the institution in extreme cases, and students are counseled in front of their parents and higher-ups. The institution's Chief Proctor will be the Principal.

Every two weeks, teachers will enter their students' attendance in the subject they are teaching, as well as their test scores in the subject they value, into a unified data system. This information will be available to the proctor, who will transmit it to the parents through SMS.

At the beginning of the first semester, students and parents will get information about their proctor.

The proctor will keep a record book for each student for the next six semesters, recording academic and other information as it becomes available.

We have a specialized Student Counselor, Ms. Chethana Srinivas, who helps students with difficulties outside of the classroom, such as stress management and relationship management. She also leads workshops for students on time management and overall growth.
