The Department of Training and Placement is a wing in Sai Vidya First Grade Collge, offering Training & Placement Services to its stakeholders. The department of Training & Placement is managed by Dr Pradeep N E, Placement Officer and Mr. Praveen B R, Deputy Placement Officer.

The department is aligned with institution’s goal to accomplish the Vision & Mission of Sai Vidya First Grade College. The team thrives to support with better career prospects for their students of varied branches. The team works systematically with innovative approach and practices towards enhancing the globally demanded competencies including hard skills, soft skills and life skills. On a regular interval, the research is conducted to establish the learning needs for the students, industry expectations, market trends and its environment. The department of Training and Placement initiates and facilitates multiple programs for upskilling and disseminating the learning opportunities for career enhancement (LOCE) of students.
