Department Of Management
Since 2020, we've been a leader in providing high-quality management education. The department's mission is to provide students with information and skills via holistic body, mind, and soul development. With the support of a three-year education programme, the whole infrastructure on campus is geared to assist students in achieving these aims. Students have access to a fantastic library as well as a management lab with a cutting-edge computer centre. The BBA programme is a three-year, six-semester course affiliated with BCU and authorised by the UGC. The curriculum is taught by full-time faculty and industry practitioners with extensive expertise.

The faculty in the department are highly qualified and experienced, with an average of more than 10 years of teaching experience.

Industrial visits are required as part of the curriculum, and students are regularly exposed to organisational culture and processes. Every semester, three IVs are planned to reputable organisations such as Toyota Kirloskar, Feather lite , Veekey See Sandals, TVS Motors, Unibic Foods, Coco Cola, Garuda Polyflex, and other important manufacturing units in Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Through these industrial visits, the professors who accompanied them were able to bridge theoretical concepts and practical exposure.
BBA department engages the first year BBA students as part of the Orientation programme, the BBA department engages first-year BBA students in outbound training activities and games that provide an immersive learning experience and produce a variety of learning outcomes based on the student learning needs. These activities and games are designed to improve leadership, communication skills, planning, delegation, teamwork, and motivation. Students are divided into groups and given tasks or activities to complete in a set amount of time.
To foster strong links with industry, the BBA Department facilitates Industry Institute Interaction by bringing Industry experts to the institution or sending students to industrial settings such as Labor Courts and Shopping Malls, where the experts provide the dynamics of industry, competitiveness, and job market to the students, as well as necessary inputs for face interviews/selections.
Every semester, the BBA department organises two Guest lecture programmes as part of the Co-curriculum activity. Guest lecturers interact with students about the current state of organisational culture and industrial expectations from students.
Every academic year, the BBA department arranges a one-day sports activity for all semester students to improve their physical fitness and competitiveness through a variety of games. Our students have also competed in University intercollegiate activities and have won numerous awards for the college.
