Sai Vidya First Grade college, affiliated to Bengaluru City University (BCU), Bengaluru, Karnataka, Recognized by the Government of Karnataka, was established in the year 2020 by SRI SAI VIDYA VIKAS SHIKSHANA SAMITHI which is a trust formed by a group of well known academicians.

SVFC run by SSVVSS trust is headed by Prof M.R.Holla, a well-known academician and administrator with-over 50 years of academic and administrative experience to his credit along with an excellent team of popular professors of RVCE/RNSIT Bengaluru. The team comprises of Prof Y.Jayasimha, Prof R.C.Shanmukha Swamy & Prof A.M.Padma Reddy, in association with Sri R.Srinivas Raju, a practicing Civil Engineer, Sri M.K Manohar renowned Chartered Accountant and Sri Narayana Raju well known administrator both at RVCE/RNSIT.

SVFC will provide students with a sense of history, an understanding of the ideals and principles, a commitment to law and morality, an appreciation of human creativity an analytically inquisitive mind. We believe that once the students experience these, they are ready to address the challenges of the rapidly transforming world.

The campus has a total built-up area of 5000sq. m and is divided into three interconnected blocks, each with its own entrance.

Class room wings, department wings, staff rooms, washrooms, and a common area are all located in each block.

Each floor has a department with its own HOD cabin and corporate-style staff cabins with minimal computer, internet, and communication equipment. All floors have separate washrooms for staff, girls and boys, as well as separate common spaces for boys and girls.

The B.Com,BBA & BCA degree programmes comprise three years and are separated into six semesters. Exams will be held at the end of each semester by the university. A candidate must have a minimum of 75% attendance in each subject per semester, according to university standards. A student who misses class in one or more topics must repeat the semester, and such students will not be admitted to the next higher semester.

The Department of Training and Placement is a division under Sai Vidya Institute of Technology that provides training and placement services to its constituents. Dr Pradeep N E, Placement Officer, is in charge of the Training & Placement department.

The department is associated with the institution's purpose of achieving Sai Vidya First Grade College Vision and Mission.

The staff is dedicated to assisting their students in obtaining greater employment opportunities in a variety of fields. The team works systematically to improve globally desired abilities such as hard skills, soft skills, and life skills through innovative approaches and techniques. The study is undertaken on a regular basis to determine the students' learning needs, industry expectations, market trends, and the environment. Multiple training and placement programmes are initiated and facilitated by the Training and Placement department.
